Policies & Guidelines
Payment
$75 deposit due at registration (non-refundable)
Full payment required before camper’s first day
Payment by cash or card (note: card processing fee applies)
Drop-off / Pick-up
Drop-off: 9:30–10:00 AM | Pick-up: 3:30–4:00 PM
Only authorized adults (listed on form) can pick up campers
Late pick-up fee of $15 after 4:00 PM
Health & Wellness
If sick within past 24 hrs (fever, vomiting, rash, lice) — please keep camper home
Staff are CPR/First Aid certified
Medications must be managed by parents; staff do not administer medicine
Food & Allergies
Campers may bring food/snacks in temperature-safe containers
Inform staff of allergies or dietary restrictions on the form
Dress Code
Closed-toe shoes required
No skirts/dresses unless worn over shorts
Sunscreen encouraged for outdoor activities
Behavior Expectations
Campers must:
Show respect to peers, staff, and property
Follow staff instructions
Refrain from violence, threats, inappropriate language or items
